How to Upgrade Your Plan
Step-by-Step Upgrade Process
- Log in to your BreezeDoc account.
- Navigate to Settings ➜ Billing ➜ Plans.
- Review the available plans (Pro and Agency).
- Click Upgrade or Choose Plan on your desired plan (Pro or Agency).
- Review the plan features and pricing.
- Enter your payment information:
- Credit/debit card details (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)
- Or select PayPal for payment
- Review the billing summary (plan cost, billing cycle, next billing date).
- Click Confirm Upgrade or Subscribe.
- Your upgrade takes effect immediately.
- You now have access to all features of your new plan.
Immediate Feature Access
After upgrading, you immediately gain access to:

Downgrading Your Plan
How to Downgrade

- After the billing period ends, your account downgrades to Free plan.
What Happens When You Downgrade

- Templates: All templates remain (unlimited on all plans)

Important: Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately. You retain access to paid features until then.
Legacy Plans
Some BreezeDoc users may have legacy plans from previous pricing structures:
- Tier 2 Legacy Paid License ($9/month): 5 documents, reduced branding, reminders, API
- Tier 3 Legacy Paid License ($19/month): 15 documents, custom logo, all Pro features
- Tier 4 Legacy Paid License ($39/month): 40 documents, white-label, all features except teams
Note: Legacy plans are grandfathered for existing users but not available for new signups. If you have a legacy plan, you can keep it or upgrade to current plans (Pro or Agency).
Troubleshooting
Issue: Payment failed or card declined
Fix: Verify your card details are correct (number, expiration, CVV). Check that your card has sufficient funds or credit available. Contact your bank to ensure they're not blocking the transaction. Try a different credit card or use PayPal instead. Check if your card supports international transactions (BreezeDoc may process internationally).
Issue: Upgraded but don't see new features
Fix: Log out of BreezeDoc and log back in to refresh your account permissions. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
