Dashboard Overview and Navigation

Learn how to navigate the FormRobin dashboard and access all key features.

Main Dashboard

When you log into FormRobin, you'll see the main dashboard which displays analytics and quick access to your forms.

Dashboard Features

  • Analytics timeframe - Filter data by Past Week, Past Month, Past 12 Months, or All Time (Individual tier and above)
  • Form statistics - View submission counts and activity
  • Quick access - Navigate to forms and key settings

💡 Note: Analytics timeframe filtering requires Individual tier (LTD) or higher plan.

Forms Section

Click the Forms button in the top navigation to access:

  • All your forms list
  • Create new form button
  • Folder organization
  • Form search and filtering
  • Quick actions (edit, duplicate, delete, view responses)

Account Menu

Click your name in the top right to view your account info and tier status:

  • Tier badge - Shows "Lifetime" for Individual tier and above
  • Plan details - View your current subscription level

Hamburger Menu (☰)

Click the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right to access:

  • Settings - Account settings and integrations
  • Plan - View and manage your subscription
  • Help Center - Access documentation and support articles (opens in new tab)
  • Feedback - Submit feature requests or report issues
  • Logout - Sign out of your account

Forms Page

The Forms page is your main workspace. Access it by clicking Forms in the navigation.

Forms List View

  • Form cards - Each form shows name, folder, and quick stats
  • Three-dot menu (...) - Quick actions for each form
  • Create Form button - Start building a new form
  • Folders sidebar - Organize forms into folders

Quick Form Actions

Click the ... (three dots) on any form to:

  • Edit - Modify form fields and settings
  • Responses - View submissions and data
  • Share - Get form URL and embed code
  • Duplicate - Create a copy of the form
  • Move - Move to a different folder
  • Delete - Remove the form

Settings Section

Access from the hamburger menu ➜ Settings

Available Settings

  • Integrations - Connect SendFox, Meta Pixel, and other services
  • Account - Update profile, email, password
  • API - Access API documentation and tokens
  • Domains - Manage whitelisted embedding domains
  • Notifications - Configure email alerts

Plan Page

Access from the hamburger menu ➜ Plan

What You'll Find

  • Current tier - Free Plan or Individual tier (LTD)
  • Features - List of available features for your plan
  • Limits - AI generations, workspaces, form limits
  • Upgrade options - Link to AppSumo for lifetime deals

Help Center Access

Quick access to documentation and support resources:

  • Click hamburger menu âžœ Help Center
  • Opens FormRobin FAQ in a new browser tab
  • Search articles for setup guides, troubleshooting, and feature documentation
  • Find answers to common questions about forms, integrations, and account settings

Form Builder Interface

When editing a form, you'll see:

Builder Sections

  • Left sidebar - Field types to add (text, email, checkbox, etc.)
  • Center canvas - Form preview and field arrangement
  • Right panel - Field settings and properties
  • Top toolbar - Save, preview, share, settings

Form Settings Tabs

Click Settings in the form builder to access:

  • General - Form name, folder, description
  • Notifications - Email alert settings
  • Integrations - Connect to SendFox lists
  • After Submit - Redirect URL or thank-you message
  • Advanced - reCAPTCHA, source tracking, custom domains

Responses View

Click Responses from a form's three-dot menu to see:

  • Submissions list - All form responses in chronological order
  • Response details - Click any submission to view full details
  • Export - Download responses as CSV
  • Search/filter - Find specific submissions
  • File downloads - Access uploaded files from submissions

Mobile Navigation

On mobile devices:

  • Tap hamburger icon to open navigation menu
  • Main sections accessible from collapsed menu
  • Forms list optimized for mobile viewing
  • Swipe gestures may work for some actions

Keyboard Shortcuts

Speed up your workflow:

  • Ctrl/Cmd + S - Save form changes (in form builder)
  • Esc - Close modals and popups
  • Tab - Navigate between form fields

Navigation Tips

  • Breadcrumbs - Use breadcrumbs to navigate back through sections
  • Browser back button - Works as expected in most sections
  • Open in new tab - Right-click forms to open in new tab
  • Bookmark important pages - Direct links to forms work for quick access
  • Use folders - Organize forms into folders for easier navigation
  • Quick help - Use the Help Center link for instant access to documentation

Troubleshooting Navigation

Issue: Menu items not responding

Fix: Refresh page or clear browser cache. Try disabling browser extensions.

Issue: Can't find Settings or Plan page

Fix: Click the hamburger menu (☰) in top right corner to access dropdown.

Issue: Navigation looks broken on mobile

Fix: Ensure browser is updated. Try rotating device or using desktop view.

Issue: Help Center link not opening

Fix: Check your browser's popup blocker settings. The Help Center opens in a new tab and may be blocked by default. Add FormRobin to your allowed sites list.
