  2. Go to the Settings tab
  3. Find the reCAPTCHA toggle
  4. Enable reCAPTCHA protection for that form

Note: reCAPTCHA is configured at the application level. You simply enable or disable it on a per-form basis - no additional keys or configuration required from users.

Settings Limitations

  • One account per email: Cannot have multiple accounts with same email
  • Plan upgrades: Must be done through AppSumo or FormRobin checkout
  • No downgrade option: Individual Tier is a lifetime deal (no downgrade)
  • Feature access: Some settings only visible on Individual Tier

Troubleshooting

Issue: Changes aren't saving.

Fix: Ensure you click Save after making changes. Check for validation errors (red text or error messages). Required fields must be filled. Try refreshing the page and making changes again. Clear browser cache if problems persist.

Issue: Can't see certain settings sections (e.g., Meta Pixel, Webhooks).

Fix: Some features are plan-specific. Meta Pixel, webhooks, and custom redirects require the Individual Tier plan. Upgrade your plan to access these features.

Issue: Email change not working.

Fix: Check that the new email address isn't already in use by another FormRobin account. Look for a verification email in your inbox (check spam folder). The new email must be verified before the change takes effect.

Issue: Forgot password and can't log in to settings.

Fix: Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

Issue: Usage meters not showing.

Fix: Usage meters only appear if your plan has limits on specific features. Both Free and Individual plans have unlimited forms and responses, so no meters appear for those features. Check your plan details to see which features have limits.

FAQ

Q: Can I delete my account?

A: Account deletion options may be available in Settings under Account. If not, contact support for assistance with account deletion.

Q: How do I upgrade from Free to Individual Tier?

A: Plan upgrades are typically done through AppSumo (for lifetime deals) or the FormRobin website. Check for upgrade options in Settings or contact support for current availability.

Q: Can I change my username?

A: FormRobin uses email addresses for login, not usernames. You can change your display name in Account Settings, but your email address is your account identifier.

Q: Are my settings synced across devices?

A: Yes. Settings are stored on your account and apply across all devices where you log in.

Q: Do usage meters track real-time data?

A: Yes. Usage meters update in real-time as you create forms, use AI generations, or add workspaces. Refresh the Plan page to see the latest usage statistics.

Q: Where do I enter reCAPTCHA keys?

A: You don't need to enter any reCAPTCHA keys. FormRobin handles reCAPTCHA configuration automatically. Simply enable or disable reCAPTCHA on individual forms through the form's Settings tab.
