Refund Policy

We would love to keep you as a ShortySMS customer, so if there is anything we can do to keep you happy, please contact us at support@shortysms.com. 

However, if you would still like a refund for your ShortySMS purchase, please follow the AppSumo refund process. 

For refunds of our Monthly Subscription Plan, refunds are only provided within 7 days of signup and first billing for lifetime customers AND within 3 days of signup and first billing for monthly subscription plan customers.

Partial refunds of the monthly plan will not be processed beyond the aforementioned period.
