Creating Triggers

Triggers can be used to add a contact to a list when they reply with a specific keyword. This can be used to start automation or other actions.

1. Click the "Triggers" tab
2. Click the "Create new trigger" button
3. Add the Trigger title
4. Define trigger message - the message your contacts will text you to trigger an action
5. Select the list where the contacts will be added
6. Click the "Create" button
